1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using XpeedDating ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
XpeedDating provides speed dating event discovery, booking, matching, and post-event communication tools. The Platform includes web applications, mobile applications, and associated APIs.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. Trust Score & Behaviour
Your trust score is calculated based on attendance history, reviews, endorsements, and community behaviour. No-shows without notice, harassment, or abuse will result in score reduction or account suspension.
5. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location data is used solely for event discovery and matching within your configured preferences.
6. Content & Conduct
Users must not post harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content. Hate speech, harassment, and discrimination are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Financial Terms & Conditions
Organisers may charge for events. With pay-in-advance, your seat is confirmed only once paid — from your account credit if you have a balance, otherwise by card. Card payments are handled by regulated providers (e.g. Stripe); we store only a payment reference and the last four digits, never your full card number, CVC or any secret. To run paid events an organiser provides a bank/payout account, stored encrypted and shown back only as the holder, bank, country and last four digits; funds attendees pay for a confirmed event are held and settled to that account (typically month-end). If a paid event is cancelled, the amount is returned to your account credit, not your card. You must accept these Financial Terms before we store any card or bank account.
8. Your data & GDPR rights
We process your profile, booking, matching and financial data to provide the service and meet our legal record-keeping obligations; marketing and analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw any time under Settings → Privacy & consent. You can access, export, correct or delete your data, make your profile invisible, pause your account, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. 9. Intellectual Property & Protection of Recorded Information
The Platform — its software, design, branding, databases and all content authored by us — is the intellectual property of Chapar AI and is protected by copyright, database and other applicable laws. You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile and photos) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the service. All information recorded in the system is protected by applicable law — personal data under data-protection law (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) — and may not be copied, scraped, extracted or re-used without our written permission. © Chapar AI. 10. Changes, Termination & Governing Law
We may update these Terms; when a change is material you will be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the Platform. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them limits rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
