How to delete your data

You can delete your XpeedDating account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:

Delete in the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in (for example you used Google, Facebook, Apple or X and lost access), email contact@chapar.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify the request before actioning it.

What happens & when

We action deletion requests within 30 days. Your profile and content are removed; records we must keep by law (for example transaction, tax and fraud-prevention records) are retained only for the legally required period, then erased or anonymised.
